Lanes reopen on the M61 northbound

Highways England says a lane closure on the M61 northbound has now been removed and all lanes on that carriageway are now reopen.

It follows the closure earlier of the motorway southbound between junction 8 Chorley and junction 6 Bolton North at Horwich.
