13. Fishergate, Preston c.1964 Dunderdale and Yates Austin House occupy the building on the right. Prior to this the building was owned by Lookers of Preston and before that it was the premises of Bamber and Rowe, Cheese Factors. later on in the 70's it would be occupied by Tommy Ball the well known Blackburn discount shoe retailer. More recently the premises were occupied by Sakura, a Japanese restaurant which closed in 2010.

15. The Kings Palace Theatre, Preston Showing the main auditorium c.1913. The Kings Palace Theatre was located on the north side of Old Vicarage & Tithebarn Street. Opened in 1913. Closed in 1955 and demolished in 1964.
